Searching For A Caterer In Cartersville, GA?

By Chef Jeff Grundy

Without a plan for holiday gatherings, those sweet memories of the kids playing outside in the Cartersville sunshine, while the adults reminisce will be horrific memories of a party gone bad. It all can be avoided if proper planning ahead of time is used. If not, can you imagine the awful time those holiday parties can become?

Chance are the thought of a holiday catering company crossed your mind. It was tempting having a experienced professional chef take care of all your holiday catering needs from planning, to shopping, to cooking and cleaning up.

All you had to do was invite the family, the friends, the co-workers, and leave the rest in capable hands.

But no. Not you. You felt you could do it all. You didn't want to break with tradition. Your grandfather cooked the turkey himself, as did your father before you. But what wasn't clear to you was the fact that, quite frankly, they knew how to cook turkey.

Also weren't these traditions created in a time was cooking everything from scratch was normal. Nobody had a microwave and frozen entrees, cooking all day was just normal.

Okay, so your wife sensed trouble brewing ahead. She still shudders over last year's disaster. So, she talks you into booking a holiday caterer. For her, it's a step in the right direction. For you, it is another invitation to bring disaster back for the holidays. What do you do?

OK you decided it is worth the risk. But aren't all the good caterers already booked for the holidays. And can you have the party at your home or do you have to find a venue to have your party.

So you get on the internet and google holiday caterers and then you start calling them. Only to find that at this late time most of the caterers are already booked. So you try finding a venue for your party and only find the same result. All the good places are already booked.

Well, you could possibly convince your wife to have the holiday party at home in Rome again this year. To save money, if you promise to leave the kerosene in the shed and forget the tiki theme party.
