Do you want instructions on building attractive female muscle? Bulking up with free weights is a popular method, but there is much more to it. The answer is weight training with the proper intensity, right form, and training just enough to stimulate growth.

Once you are able to pinpoint the 6 most common mistakes of female bodybuilders you will be able to adjust your own regimen and produce satisfactory muscle growth.

1. I've seen too many people make the mistake of not challenging themselves enough with muscle building. Granted, some women train hard, but few challenge themselves each training session. When progressive overload is used and maximal force is applied, muscle growth will occur.

2. Heavy compound exercises not employed in training would be another issue. Multi-joint or compound exercises use all the muscles and joints in a specific area to execute a movement. Compound exercises are the backbone to any muscle building program. If you don't include compound type of workouts in your fitness regime, you won't be able to build muscle.

3. The third mistake that I see in muscle growth is being inconsistent. You will not be able to build up muscle by working out casually. You must make out a detailed plan and follow the schedule meticulously.

4. Failure to give a program enough time to prove itself is another common error. If you want your muscle building program to give you results, you have to be patient. If you want to ensure muscle building success, log your workouts so you can visually see the progression, and be sure that you are challenging your muscles every workout.

5. Many female bodybuilders make the mistake of expecting changes almost instantly. Modifications may be made, but will take time to transpire. When you see well-developed built ladies, they worked hard for that physique. They have worked really, really hard for that body. It is only observing appropriate training principles and avoidance of deficiencies common in female bodybuilding that can lead to robustly built physiques.

6. Another popular bodybuilding error with women is training too much. Don't say you are not guilty of it because everyone has trained too much at one time or another.

Endless sets and reps every day in the gym are not needed for weight training for muscle growth as required for weight training marathon. Too much training will inhibit the building of your muscles.
